Virtual Office
If you need 3 or more extensions then you can't beat Packet8's Virtual Office package. This small business VoIP package is a internet hosted PBX solution. The powerful business VoIP solution includes a customizable auto-attendant, 3 digit extension to extension dialing, business-class voicemail, music-on-hold, and more. You can use the VoIP Virtual Office extensions worldwide and still dial extension to extension for free. The package also includes a great business-quality phone which you must purchase. Keep in mind that this package requires a use of 3 lines at its current rate. There are 3 different plans; Virtual Office Unlimited, Virtual Office Metered Extension (250 minutes, overage @ 3.9 cents), and the Virtual Office Extension (3.9 cents per minute). Toll Free numbers are available along with virtual phone numbers for all packages. Another low cost solution for larger organizations is the Switchboard Software Application which allows you or your receptionist to handle multiple calls, direct transfer to voicemail extensions and more.

Virtual Attendant
Virtual Attendant allows you to feel and look like a Fortune 500 company without the high costs. This package only requires only 1 line, which can be a Virtual Unlimited, Metered, or Virtual Extension. Having the hosted internet PBX will give your small office the feel of a large corporation. You will be required to purchase the business phone with this package.

VideoPhone
The VideoPhone is a great solution for professionals that would like to document a meeting or record a deposition from a remote office location. The VideoPhone has audio/video in and out jacks which allow you to send a prerecored video or to use an external screen (plasma screen, television etc.) for viewing. The VideoPhone package includes Unlimited minutes US and Canada and you will need to purchase the phone.

Great for International Business

Lingo's Unlimited International plan is a great solution for businesses that work internationally. This plan includes the basic features which most carriers offer including fax services with 500 minutes of free outgoing faxing. International calls include Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, China, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico (Including Mobile), the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and Vatican City. Calls to mobile phones, premium and special service numbers in these areas are not included.
